連暐虹(Jaimie Wei-Hung Lien),山東大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師;美國(guó)衛(wèi)爾斯利女子學(xué)院學(xué)士,美國(guó)加利福尼亞大學(xué)圣地亞哥分校碩士、博士。國(guó)家級(jí)人才計(jì)劃入選者,山東大學(xué)特聘教授,山東大學(xué)理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究中心(CREATE)聯(lián)席主任。擔(dān)任North American Journal of Economics and Finance、Scientific Reports、International Journal of Finance and Economics等多份國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊客座編輯與編委成員,擔(dān)任多所高校教師晉升外審專(zhuān)家,擔(dān)任31種期刊匿名評(píng)審人,多次獲評(píng)杰出評(píng)審人。研究領(lǐng)域包括行為經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、應(yīng)用微觀(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),研究主題涉及合作互惠、參照依賴(lài)、現(xiàn)時(shí)偏誤、代表性偏誤等重要行為現(xiàn)象。先后主持過(guò)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、教育部科研項(xiàng)目、香港研究資助局項(xiàng)目。目前已有論文發(fā)表于Nature Communications、PNAS、American Economic Review(Papers and Proceedings)、Economic Journal、Games and Economic Behavior等國(guó)際知名期刊。曾獲"中國(guó)信息經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)2016青年創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)""中國(guó)信息經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)2018青年創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)"和"中國(guó)信息經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)2011-2015理論貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)"。
內(nèi)容提要:
Cooperation among humans is essential, but is often elusive in choice-based settings between self-interested individuals. We propose and test a new mechanism to promote socially efficient behavior where individual strategic incentives distinctly discourage it. This belief-free mechanism, allows individuals to make a self-commitment regarding their future behavior, is fully voluntary for participants and maximizes social welfare in equilibrium. Our experiments demonstrate that the mechanism is highly effective in practice, producing significantly higher average cooperation rates with an increasing time trend. The mechanism is easy to implement, and can serve as a practical approach to encouraging cooperative behavior without the use of heavy-handed institutional enforcement.
人類(lèi)之間的合作至關(guān)重要,但在基于自我利益的選擇環(huán)境中,合作往往是難以捉摸的。我們提出并測(cè)試了一種新機(jī)制,以促進(jìn)個(gè)體戰(zhàn)略激勵(lì)明顯阻礙的社會(huì)有效行為。這種無(wú)信念機(jī)制允許個(gè)體對(duì)自己的未來(lái)行為做出自我承諾,對(duì)參與者來(lái)說(shuō)是完全自愿的,并在均衡狀態(tài)下最大化社會(huì)福利。我們的實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該機(jī)制在實(shí)踐中是非常有效的,產(chǎn)生的平均合作率隨時(shí)間的增加而顯著提高。該機(jī)制易于實(shí)施,可以作為一種鼓勵(lì)合作行為的實(shí)用方法,而無(wú)需使用嚴(yán)厲的機(jī)構(gòu)強(qiáng)制措施。
