王釗，首都經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院副教授，碩士生導(dǎo)師，美國(guó)羅德島大學(xué)金融學(xué)博士。研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)閷?shí)證公司金融，包括投資效率、證券分析師和財(cái)務(wù)披露等。研究成果發(fā)表在Financial Analysts Journal、Pacific-Basin Finance Journal、Economic Modelling等期刊。參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng)。擔(dān)任European Journal of Finance、International Review of Economics and Finance、Emerging Markets Finance and Trade等期刊匿名審稿人。
內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介：
This study examines the information-driven and imitation-driven explanations of herding behavior among security analysts. By identifying central analysts who possess informational advantages, we show a predominant influence of informational incentives over imitation. To test the robustness of our main findings, we compare the difference in informativeness between central and peripheral analysts. We find that the presence of central analysts, rather than peripheral analysts, explains the variation in price efficiency. We also show that central analysts influence price efficiency through the improved information environment and reduced information-processing costs.
本研究考察了安全分析師對(duì)羊群行為的信息驅(qū)動(dòng)和模仿驅(qū)動(dòng)解釋。通過(guò)識(shí)別具有信息優(yōu)勢(shì)的中心分析師，我們展示了信息激勵(lì)對(duì)模仿的主要影響。為了檢驗(yàn)我們主要發(fā)現(xiàn)的穩(wěn)健性，我們比較了中心分析師和外圍分析師之間的信息性差異。我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，中央分析師而不是外圍分析師的存在解釋了價(jià)格效率的變化。我們還表明，中央分析師通過(guò)改善信息環(huán)境和降低信息處理成本來(lái)影響價(jià)格效率。
